If you want to register on the full course:

Currently, the full e-learning course is only available to people on Merseyside. If you are from Merseyside, please contact the course administrator via email admin@elearningplace.co.uk or phone 0151 794 3270. Alternatively, go to the Course List in The eLearning Place and select the course title (PC Accessibility) from the list and select 'Register'. You will then go to pending status. Please provide your real contact details so that the administrator can get in touch with you.

You will be asked to complete a registration form and provide some feedback in return for the free course. When your status changes to 'Not started' it means that you can access the course.
