Which Beatle Style are you most like?
In the full All-You-Need-Is: SUCCESS course you will spend time analysing the four distinct Beatle Styles. You will also take a questionnaire that establishes which of the four styles you are most like.
Here, in this taster course we present a brief outline of the four styles:
The John Style nature or personality characterises people who are fundamentally assertive, decisive and task-focused.
The Paul Style nature characterises people who are free-spirited, creative and who seek adventure.
The Ringo Style characterises easygoing people who enjoy spending time with, talking to and helping other people.
The George Style characterises people who are highly structured, pay attention to detail and believe in following rules and procedures.
When you answer the "Which Beatle Are You?" questionnaire in the full course you will be given a score for how much you are like all four Beatles. From these scores you can determine your PRIMARY and SHADOW Beatle styles.
The highest score is your PRIMARY Beatle Style, or your preferred behavioural style.
Your lowest score is your SHADOW Beatle Style or ‘MASK’.
Your Shadow or ‘Mask’ style is perhaps the kind of behaviour that you may sometimes find a struggle to deal with, and understand. Try and find value in every style. Do not condemn or criticise. If you can learn to appreciate and accept people, whose primary Beatles style is your shadow style, then it will strengthen your shadow style and ultimately your character. By finding value in people with your shadow style will help create successful work relationships and ultimately enhance your life.
Remember that no matter whatever your preferred Beatles style is, you must always be content with you and your style. So remember, be yourself! Act naturally! We need to learn to respect every style and one style is not above another. Everybody has a part to play.
The aim of this simple test is to teach us to communicate more effectively, and gives us the ability to understand that people have different motivations and promote an understanding for one another. This is the challenge that we ALL face in the course of our daily lives.
We all have every one of these Beatles styles within our personality system. However, it is important to remember that we are all able to operate in all four styles in varying degrees of intensity. This is dependent on not only the situation but also takes into account an individual’s physiological make-up.
Remember, ‘People Aren’t Difficult, Just Different!’
