Begin Working in Photoshop
Example
In this example a simple 10-frame animation will be created. This will depict a red circle moving from left to right across the page whilst fading out.
- Begin by opening Photoshop.
- Create a new document (File > New > 468 x 60 web banner).
- Save the document to your file store as "circle.psd".
- Create a new layer.
- Marquee a small circle and position it to the left of the document. Fill the selection with red.
- Save your document.
- Now jump to Image Ready to continue (File > Jump to…). It will take a few seconds for Image Ready to open up. Once it has you will see your Photoshop document opened.
